We have trained with Chris for over five years now. What can be said? She is passionate, caring and has become a great friend to us. As a mom and teenage daughter tandem, working out is not our favorite. We tried a gym with a trainer and fought to get there. With Chris, we go twice a week. She pushes us to do our best and be our best. She customizes our workouts and they are different and challenging every time. Now don’t get us wrong, we are still not exercise happy people, but working with Chris really works for us. If you have ever thought of personal training, we highly recommend Chris.
