Group Training

I offer both Small and Large Group Training sessions.
Small Group Training consists of groups of 2-4 people and I tailor the workout to your level of fitness and personal goals.
Large Group Training includes 4-10 individuals. These larger groups are typically more of a “bootcamp” like workout with a fun “Chris” twist!
