As I neared the age of 46, I found myself unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I was at my heaviest weight of 176 lbs and the extra weight I had been carrying around had drained my energy long enough. At this time I made the decision to do something about it. I knew I needed to start investing in my health, so I hired a personal trainer and began working out three days per week….
